Change whatever you like and use however you like, you bought it.
Resell but only for less than or equal to the amount you bought it for.

What are you buying?
The new owner will receive a larger unwatermarked version of their new outfit. Both .psd as well as .png.  They will also receive the lineart only version for easy recoloring if you so choose to.
